Tesla’s futuristic Cybercab is showing that autonomous transportation may be about far more than simply getting passengers from one destination to another.
A new video circulating online has revealed that riders can apparently play games inside the Cybercab using physical game controllers, transforming the driverless vehicle into what looks like a moving gaming lounge.
Tesla enthusiast Zack, known online as @BLKMDL3, shared footage demonstrating gaming inside the Cybercab with controllers. Tesla CEO Elon Musk later amplified the clip with the message “Gaming in Cybercab,” generating even more excitement around the feature.
The development fits perfectly with the unusual design of Tesla’s purpose-built robotaxi. Unlike a traditional vehicle, the two-seat Cybercab has no steering wheel or pedals, leaving passengers free to focus on entertainment while Tesla’s autonomous technology handles the journey.
Tesla’s official Cybercab Rider Guide confirms that the vehicle comes with a large touchscreen offering access to entertainment applications, including music, media and an Arcade section once a trip begins.
Tesla also describes the Cybercab as featuring a large interactive touchscreen with several entertainment and connectivity options designed to create a futuristic passenger experience.

The ability to connect a game controller could make longer Cybercab journeys feel dramatically different from conventional taxi rides. Instead of watching traffic or scrolling through a phone, passengers could potentially spend their trip battling opponents, racing virtual cars or enjoying other compatible games on the massive center display.
Cybercab officially entered Tesla’s Robotaxi operations in Austin, Texas, this week, marking a major step in Elon Musk’s long-running vision of transportation without human drivers.
