In a video circulating online, Kofi Donkor opened up about the uncomfortable encounters, claiming that certain individuals regarded as spiritual leaders had allegedly contacted the award-winning singer with intentions that appeared to go beyond ministry or professional collaboration.
According to reports, the outspoken manager displayed a screenshot of a private WhatsApp conversation while recounting one of the alleged incidents. He explained that his decision to speak publicly was not aimed at attacking anyone but to highlight some of the challenges husbands may face while managing or supporting prominent wives. Kofi Donkor also recalled an encounter involving a man who reportedly introduced himself as Prophet Alexander. The alleged incident occurred when Celestine Donkor’s song “Supernatural” was enjoying significant airplay. He claimed the man contacted him and said he had received a spiritual revelation after seeing a woman in a music video. The caller allegedly suggested that the woman—whom Kofi identified as his wife—was spiritually connected to him, even though Celestine had already been married for several years. The revelation has triggered widespread reactions, with many social media users questioning the boundaries that should exist between religious leaders and married women. Others have praised Kofi Donkor for openly addressing the situation and standing firmly behind his wife and their marriage. However, the identities of all the pastors allegedly involved have not been publicly confirmed, and the claims remain Kofi Donkor’s account of the reported encounters.
