The ongoing social media feud involving American rapper 50 Cent and Rick Ross’ former partner, Tia Kemp, has taken a dramatic legal turn after the In Da Club hitmaker asked a Florida court to stop Kemp from allegedly harassing his teenage son.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, filed a petition on Monday, October 26, 2026, in Miami-Dade County, Florida, seeking legal protection for his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson.
The rapper alleges that Kemp repeatedly targeted his son through offensive social media posts, including remarks questioning the teenager’s developmental abilities and making unverified claims about his health.
The legal filing reportedly identifies four separate online publications within six days that 50 Cent believes amounted to harassment.
One particularly troubling allegation involves Kemp allegedly sharing an image of Sire alongside sexually explicit material that the rapper’s attorneys suggested depicted the boy’s mother, Daphne Joy.
50 Cent argues that the publications have caused his son emotional distress, embarrassment and humiliation.
The rapper’s legal team had previously issued a cease-and-desist letter demanding that Kemp remove the posts and stop mentioning the teenager in a harmful manner.
However, Kemp allegedly responded by publicly sharing part of the legal warning and dismissing the rapper’s attorneys.
The dispute escalated following reports that Kemp’s adult son with Rick Ross, William Roberts III, had allegedly been assaulted in Daytona Beach, Florida.
50 Cent publicly mocked the incident and suggested he would help secure the release of the accused attacker, prompting an angry response from Kemp.
Now, 50 Cent is asking the court to issue an immediate temporary injunction preventing Kemp from stalking, cyberstalking or harassing Sire.
He is also requesting a permanent injunction following a court hearing.
The petition was filed on behalf of the teenager, whose identity is represented by his initials in the legal documents.
As of the initial TMZ report, Kemp had not publicly responded to the latest court filing. The allegations remain unproven, and no court ruling was reported.
The latest development has sparked fresh debate about celebrities involving family members, particularly minors, in bitter online confrontations.
What began as another explosive celebrity feud has now become a legal battle over a father’s demand to protect his child from alleged online harassment.
